We gladly ship to any postal address in the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped and processed within 24-48 hours. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we will forward you the tracking information so that you know exactly when your order will arrive!

Exchanges and Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you need to request a return or exchange, we want to make it simple and convenient for you.
All return/exchange requests must be pre-approved by us. The following applies to all products except certain specialty items that are labeled as such in the product description.
You may return or exchange products in their original packaging within 30 days of order date. Personalized items may only be returned or exchanged if the items are defective in materials or workmanship. Please notify us of defective merchandise within 72 hours of receipt of product. Defective items will be replaced immediately based on availability. If a credit is preferred, credit will be made back to your original method of payment.
